Terms and Conditions
Booking & Availability

Services are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposit is required at the time of booking.

Client must pay remaining balance two weeks prior to their service.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Client must provide at least 48 hours' notice via email (info@jordayaproductions.com) if they need to reschedule.

Rescheduling requests made after 48 hours will result in cancellation and require a new booking with a new deposit.

No-call/no-shows will not be rescheduled, and the service fee + deposit will not be refunded.

Deposits & Refunds

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the client's slot when booking. This deposit price is determined by what service the client chooses. Deposit goes toward client's total balance.

If a client cancels or does not show up, the deposit will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued for service fee.

Tardiness Policy

A 15-minute grace period is provided.

After 15 minute grace period, client must reschedule by contacting info@jordayaproductions.com for a new date within 48 hours. If not contacted via email within 48 hours, client must rebook a new booking date with a new deposit. The original deposit + service fee will not be refunded.

Travel Fees
-
If location is outside of Tallahassee FL, additional travel fees will apply.
